Our team can compare features, sizes, finishes, warranties, and price points to help you select the right product for your home.

We sell washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, ranges, cooktops, microwaves, wine coolers, beverage centers, ice makers, and select built-in refrigeration. Refrigerator options include top freezer, bottom freezer, side by side, French door, counter depth, and built in models in common 36 inch, 42 inch, and 48 inch widths. We also carry gas, electric, and induction cooking appliances.

Our inventory includes new boxed products, scratch and dent appliances, open box items, customer returns, and a limited selection of used appliances. Availability changes frequently, so please contact us if you are looking for a particular model, size, or finish.

Yes. Our appliance service team repairs most major appliance types, styles, and brands, including Whirlpool, Maytag, KitchenAid, GE, Samsung, LG, Kenmore, Amana, Magic Chef, Café, GE Profile, Hotpoint, Frigidaire, Bosch, and Roper. Brand and model coverage can vary depending on parts availability and the type of repair needed.

We also provide warranty service for most of the appliances we sell, giving our customers a local way of getting warranty service without calling a 1-800 number.

Yes. Customers may choose delivery only or delivery with professional installation. Standard installation includes new, commonly required connections for the appliance, such as washer hoses, dryer cords, range cords, and standard dryer venting, when applicable. Installation requirements and pricing may vary for specialty products, custom cabinetry, gas conversions, hardwired appliances, built-in products, or nonstandard site conditions.

Yes. Removal of the appliance being replaced is included in our standard delivery charge, so you are not surprised by an unexpected haul away charge after the purchase. We may also remove additional appliances from your property for a small fee when they are easily accessible, or moved to an agreed upon pickup location.

We provide appliance delivery throughout Reno, Sparks, Washoe Valley, Virginia City, Fernley, Fallon, Carson City, Minden, Gardnerville, Silver Springs, Yerington, Dayton, Graeagle, Portola, Chilcoot, Loyalton, Susanville, Meadow Valley, North Lake Tahoe, South Lake Tahoe, and Incline Village.

A travel fee applies when the delivery requires more than approximately 40 round trip miles from our store. We can generally deliver to locations that can be completed within a morning or afternoon route. Some delivery areas are outside our in home service territory; however, we may be able to help diagnose an issue by phone, ship parts to capable do-it-yourself customers, or service products brought to our shop. 

Sargents is a locally owned appliance store with competitive pricing on many of the same models offered by national retailers. Our noncommissioned sales team focuses on helping you understand the differences between products rather than pushing you toward the most expensive option. We want the buying process to feel helpful, educational, and comfortable.

We also employ and train our own delivery and installation team. Because our installers are part of our local staff, they can take the time needed to protect your home, complete the installation carefully, and answer questions about your new appliance. Some box stores hire 3rd party installers that only have a few minutes to complete your job. After the sale, our local service department remains available to support many of the products we sell.
