Our techs fix most major brands and have years of experience in the field. We carry OEM, factory parts on our truck and use 3 parts distributors to ensure the fastest and most efficient repair possible. Yes, sometimes there are cheaper parts out there, but we don’t like to buy things from Amazon or Ebay. We use factory parts, bought from retailers that carry warranties on their parts.
When it comes to your washing machine, you want to make sure that it doesn’t break down for long periods of time. When your washer is down, you have to take your clothes to a Laundromat or friends house and that’s time consuming and really a pain in the butt. We own a Laundromat, we get it. That’s why we try to stay transparent about how long a repair will take. If you have a washing machine that is going to take a while for repair, we do offer a loaner service. Make sure you ask about it as we are here to take care of our clients. There’s not too many places in town that can offer that, and we’re proud that we can.
