Get a longer lasting lint filter with a steel mesh screen that won’t start tearing after several years of usage. This model has both a timed dry setting that runs for the amount of minutes you set it for or a sensor dry that will detect when the clothes are dry, and turn off automatically. This is from Maytag’s commercial line of coin operated machines, but is designed for residential home use.
